I’m trying to work a lot simpler and play with some new brushes I found I’m especially liking this sketch brush by @jingsketch. I think we’re on the most happy with with this is the face it’s not something I’m usually very good at painting, but I think I nailed the shading on it.

The shot isn’t 100% done, the blue areas in the final are where the shadow will eventually go and the red on her cheeks gets blurred in post. The final treatment pulls it all together using 3-D camera and 3-D background generated in Cinema4D and synced into Toon boom Harmony. The background in the shot is still work in progress.
